I finally found the courage to bake "the world's easiest bread" which I wrote about in one of my previous posts. The recipe says you can use an old iron pot or stegso. But I have been using Ultra Pro from Tupperware and it is just created for this bread. Do not! I baked a bread with a crust so crisp uhmmm ... It was served with a French Brie and Chili Jam, it was ik'så call enda. In the pictures you can see the approach mode, after the dough has raised in 12 hours.
Juuhuuuu, then there is bread. It may well be the "world's easiest" bread, but it got a little problem today ..... Thank you did not give up, because I love your posts. Hugs Anette Reply Delete
How it looks gorgeous look! Do you believe like I go out and slam the dough together to use tomorrow: 0) Reply Delete

How to make the flower.

Yesterday afternoon I wanted to try something I had been thinking about for a while. I would bake a normal temperature. bread in the same way as the "world's easiest bread" So I made a double batch of dough, which turned into three whole bread. Two ordinary. broke in Greengate's delicious bread molds (available at Gabrielle.dk rev a shelf to 149 kr) and a loaf of bread baked in Tupperware's Ultra pro dish with lid. They were all super good. And I baked in Tupperware's Ultra Pro, was just even more beautiful, with the most crisp crust. So I can only recommend. The recipe I used on Franskbrødene get in here! (Suitable for 3 loaves) 100 g butter or baking margarine 12 ml milk 100 g yeast 4 teaspoon salt 4 teaspoons sugar about 2 kg flour 1 melt the butter / bagemargarinen in a saucepan over low heat. 2 Pour the milk into the pan and warm it up until it is lukewarm (about 37grader) 3 Udrør yeast and add the other indgredienser. 4 Knead the dough until it is uniform and smooth. 5.Lad to rise covered in a warm place for 30 minutes. 6 Turn the dough and butter two tins and sprinkle the mold with a little flour. 7 Leave to rise for 30-40 minutes 8 Cut the bread and brush with water, milk or egg and sprinkle with it you like. 9 Put the bread in a 250 degree preheated oven and immediately turn down to 220 degrees (200 degrees convection) 8 The dough will be used in the pot, rose sow or if you have a Tupperware Ultra Pro will not charge. But the dish that you've warmed up in the oven at 250 degrees. Pour some flour on the bottom of the dish and a little rev a shelf on top of the bread. Behind rev a shelf it with a lid for 20 minutes at 250 degrees. Remove the lid and bake another 10 min. Let the bread rest for 15-20 minutes rev a shelf before serving. It looked bread that is baked in Tupperware's Ultra Pro
Hello Helena. No! since you can easily bake them without molds. Hugs Susi Reply Delete
Ihh Susi, it looks as the gorgeous look. Have even invested in such a Tupperware Ultra Pro, has just used it once for a chicken + 100's of vegetables (which was fantastic), but get it just not used .. So this bread shall certainly be tested for afternoon tea today :) Thanks for the recipe! Smile from Pia Reply Delete
