Another trick, if you have a busy schedule. Lidl.dk have a large selection of special flour blah. a finished bread flour mixture for 2 to 12, 95 Last week they had it on offer for just 8 kr, then it has not done cheaper. I also buy my spelled flour from Lidl, they have two kind of a standard. and a wholegrain spelled 9,95 kr for 1 kg, it is under half the price of what it costs elsewhere. hwc I have baked bread in my Tupperware hwc Ultra Pro but it can also be baked in an iron pot. It gives just a super nice crusty bread. It tastes good, almost like a home made bread.
