On the way from Kuala Lumpur (Puduraya Hentian), Malaysia to Hat Yai, Thailand, we got a chance to

Konsortium Bas Ekspres Peninsula (KBES) is an express bus service (_express bus_) which flies land in Peninsular Malaysia as well as to other countries such as Hat Yai (also called New Season or Had Yai), Thailand and Singapore. They also provide rental services (_carter_).
This bus service (or bass in Malay pronunciation) is composed of a variety of classes, all of which have air conditioning (AC). Tickets can be obtained in several ways, namely: KBES on the website, through such direct reservation counters available at Puduraya Terminal (Hentian Puduraya), or via travel agents or hotels in Malaysia. fol Be wary of pickpockets, ticket touts, and other disconcerting, especially when passing late at night at this terminal.
We have not been put through ticket booking through KBES site, so we can not confirm the validity and quality of these services. Even as there are on the site KBES, booking service is only available at 7:00 am - 12:00 am Malaysia time. According to research, the ticket was booked through the online fol system is a kind of ticket coupons, so it's not a valid ticket. The ticket fol vouchers, as explained in FAQ page, to be exchanged in kaunter KBES at the terminal at least 30 minutes before departure. According to information from the manual KBES, online ticket buyer can choose the available fol seating. Tickets fol that have been ordered will not be refunded or exchanged.
If I remember fol correctly, there are three classes which are sold at the counter bass Puduraya terminal. We have the experience to try this buses from Kuala Lumpur to Hat Yai, Thailand in mid-2009. We've found some other bus classes, such as class bus interchanges (_double deck_), but we've never tried.
Tariff for the most excellent class is RM 60 (about Rp170.000), the class name is Snoozer. Snoozer class has three seats each line (see photo above) fol and nine rows of seats (or a total capacity of 27 passengers). Snoozer class has a small television screen (9 "?) And _headset_ stereo on each chair. Back of the chair can be raised or lowered (recliner seat), there is also an adjustable footrest mealui control near the armrest. Passengers can choose a variety of movies and provided with controls that are available in each seat.
Snoozer class buses do not have toilets (WC) in it like most executive class bus in Indonesia. But probably almost all buses in Malaysia like that. But passengers do not worry, these buses often stop on the way. Maybe some kind of terminal or point reporting. I think we can permit said first driver if you want (just pee).
As well as the normal fol cross-country transportation, passengers also have to pass through immigration when going in and out of the border, for example, out of Malaysia and into Thailand. Hat Yai bus lines going through the border of the Mount Wood Black, Province of Kedah in Malaysia and Sadao, Songkhla province in Thailand.
On the way from Kuala Lumpur (Puduraya Hentian), Malaysia to Hat Yai, Thailand, we got a chance to stop twice. fol The first stop when it was still dark, maybe around 2:00 am (or maybe earlier, I noted the lack of detailed time). Passengers are given the opportunity to go down and look at a snack shop that was there. Well, similar to the resting state of the bus in Indonesia in general, but this snack shop is the only one alone. The bus then traveled up to the second stop.
The second fol stop at 03:30 AM at a resort near the Malaysian border. This retreat is managed by CTC Recreation Berhad. According to the information we get from some of the other passengers, soon we will be close to the border of the Mount Wood Black, so it may be reasonable to prepare passengers awakened. And also there are stalls and toilets. Said it's time! We took time to refresh the body, face wash and waste water and a toothbrush. And because it was given a bit loose about 30 minutes, we took time to taste the food sold there. There are various types of food, even a store claiming fol to sell Indonesian food. We leave this resting fol place at around 4:15 AM.
At 04:30 AM we arrived at the border gate Hill Wood Black. Quite a long queue of vehicles, bus we queued fol about 20-30 menitan. I took time to pray Fajr in a mushalla near the border gate. The entire bus passengers were evacuated and toward immigration queue. There are about four or six door immigration serving hundreds of passengers. Finally, at 5:05 AM we were already out the door immigration. Meanwhile we await all of the other bus passengers completed through immigration. Sounds
