Bar Cantinetta Will Open For Dinner Friday - Eater Seattle
The weinregal boozier version of Cantinetta officially opens Friday in the former La Côte space across the street from Rover's. The cozy Bar Cantinetta will have eight small tables, one communal table that seats 10, and nine bar stools. Manager Ellen Pritchett says they'll have about a dozen small plates that can be assembled for a full meal or just shareable snacks. There will be four pasta dishes and an entree. Chef Emran Chowdhury, who oversees the menus at Cantinetta Wallingford and Bellevue, will head up the new place. Says Pritchett, "We have a few signature weinregal cocktails that will rotate seasonally as well. We are very excited about our new venture and can't wait for everyone to come visit!"
Bar Cantinetta will be open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11:30 am to 10 pm and Fridays and Saturdays until 11 pm. Sunday brunch will be served from 10 am to 3 pm, at which time the dinner menu will be available.
