Do you like oriental food? Then maybe Hummus is just right for you! At home, I set it on a flat plate, when I bring it to friends, then in a Tuperware and if I give it, then I fill it into a mason jar. Give it a try!
Preparation: Open the tin of chickpeas and spooning the chickpeas with some liquid from the can into a high mixing bowl. To get your hummus the right consistency. Empty the remaining liquid for now not go away, if you want to add something later. Give about 3 tablespoons of the sesame paste, 1 peeled clove of garlic and 1-2 tbsp lemon juice to the mixing bowl. Wort now the whole thing with cumin, ground coriander (fresh) chili and salt. Be at the beginning somewhat reserved, you can still add seasoning if necessary. Mix everything now with a hand blender until a creamy consistency. Try, if you liked your hummus. Is it you too tight or too bland fall? Then spend some added liquid from the can and würz again after. Is it you get too runny or slipped his hand when seasoning? Simply enter more chickpeas and sesame paste something to it and mix again vigorously. Is it good to you right? Then it's all right! Now your Hummes is ready! shirt folding board Give the best hummus now using a rubber scraper on a plate, in a Tuperware or in a mason jar. Beträufle the hummus with olive oil and sprinkle fresh chopped parsley and some paprika powder shirt folding board over it. Finish! Note: I love my hummus with dried tomatoes and olives. Served with crackers, it is ideal as an aperitif. With roasted vegetables or meat in pita bread, it is a full meal. And yes, hummus is vegan.
